If he was as fast as he was in the comics and on Teen Titans yes . In the comics Wally was faster than Bart , and on Teen Titans Wally could vibrate thru solid objects . Light Speed Baby ! I always hated how slow they made him on Young Justice , speed of sound or mach 1 . It would have been cool in that episode Endgame , if that energy had sped Wally up instead of killing him . Then Barry could have retired to be with Iris and the twins and Wally could have become the Flash . Thats how Young Justice should have ended .
